At Tandy Leather, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 60 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Tandy Leather retail store with your original order number and proof of purchase to start the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and tools are included to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to a store associate if returning in person.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned leather or supplies, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
