What is your return policy on leather hides?
We accept returns on uncut leather hides within 30 days of purchase. Hides must be in their original condition; once a hide has been cut or marked, it is no longer eligible for return.

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Can I return liquids or dyes?
Due to safety regulations and the nature of the product, all sales on dyes, finishes, and adhesives are final and cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
